All Function agreements are subject to the policies of Hazelmere Golf Course.  

MENU & WINE SELECTIONS
One set menu is requested for all guests.  Certain dietary substitutes may be made with prior request (minimum 48 hours).  Final selections must be arranged six  weeks prior to your function.

SERVICE CHARGE & TAXES
All food and beverage is subject to a 15% service charge.  Government taxes are applicable as follows:

Food    5% Goods & Services Tax

Beer/Wine/Alcohol 5% Goods & Services Tax plus 10% Liquor Tax

Room Rental   5% Goods & Services Tax

Audio Visual Equipment 5% Goods & Services Tax plus 7% Provincial Sales Tax

Service Charge 5% Goods & Services Tax

Cake Cutting Fee 5% Goods & Services Tax

Ceremony Set Up Fee 5% Goods & Services Tax

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your booking deposit is non refundable, in the event you cancel your function within 120 days of it's scheduled date you will be charged 50% of the contracted food and beverage minimums.  Functions cancelled within 30 days will be charged 100% of the contracted food and beverage minimums.  

All cancellations must be in writing to the attention of the Catering Manager.
